Anushka Tandon

Leadership Development Intern

Anushka Tandon is a rising sophomore majoring in Environmental Science and Technology (ENST) with a concentration in EcoTech Design and pursuing a sustainability minor. She will be the Leadership Development Intern at the Office of Sustainability for the Fall 2022-Spring 2023 school year. In this position, she organizes career fairs, resume workshops, and guest speakers. Her main goal is to provide easier access for students to pursue sustainability driven career positions and opportunities.

Anushka is incredibly passionate about sustainability, having served as a sustainability advisor since her first semester at UMD and as an Outreach Ambassador starting her second semester. She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and camping along with spending time inside listening to music, painting/drawing, and cooking.
