Daniel McCoy

Staff Sustainability Intern

Daniel McCoy is a Senior majoring in Environmental Science and Policy, with a minor in Entrepreneurial Technology. They will be working intimately with departments and offices on campus regarding training, coaching and organizing the completion of the Green Office Program to transform the behavior and culture around sustainability in the work place. Their goal is to work with the Office of Sustainability to build a holistic and long-term system that will be cost-saving and efficient for everyone. Being a student with first hand experience with the affects of improper sustainability culture on minority communities, working as a Staff Sustainability Intern is a perfect fit. This internship will allow Daniel to gain lasting skills in transformative goal-setting for sustainability programs and projects while advancing in their career for sustainability urban agriculture and community planning.
