Sasha Peiris-Scheirer

Ambassador

Sasha Peiris-Scheirer is a Junior at the UMD Smith School of Business. Her concentration is in International Business with a Sustainability minor. Sasha’s area of interest lies in how people's consumption and global industries' production processes affect our environment. She is most interested in responsible production and consumption, reduced inequalities, and climate actions. Sasha’s career goal is to work with sustainable businesses to help make sustainable lifestyles accessible for all. She is an avid coffee lover and enjoys reading, biking, and picnicking in her free time. Sasha is also a co-host of her own podcast called Bookish, where she talks about books of all genres.
